ASROCK Z97 OC FORMULA е геймърска дънна платка с чипсет Intel Z97. Специалната разработка на ASRock, наречена OC Formula Kit дава възможност на запалените компютърни ентусиати и геймъри да тунинговат и повишат производителността на системата си чрез повишаване на тактовата честота (overclock) на централния процесор и DRAM модулите памет.
Дънната платка, освен това, разполага със специално водоустойчиво покритие наречено Conformal Coating, което предпазва напълно електронните компоненти при разлив на течности, като също ги щади от корозия.
