ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME е високопроизводителна дънна платка от Asus идеална за потребностите и високите очаквания на всеки геймър. Дънната платка използва чипсет Intel X99 и поддържа Intel Socket 2011-v3 Core i7 процесори, Intel 22 nm CPU и технологията Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0. Осемтте DIMM слота поддържат оперативна памет с максимален обем от 64GB. Продуктът, също така, поддържа графичните технологии на NVIDIA (4-Way SLI Technology *1, 3-Way SLI Technology, SLI Technology) и на AMD (4-Way CrossFireX Technology, 3-Way CrossFireX Technology, CrossFireX Technology).
Дънната платка има всички необходими портове и слотове и огромен брой конектори. Дисковият интерфейс е представен, съответно, за новите процесори Intel Core i7: 1 x M.2 Socket 3, а за чипсета Intel X99: 1 x SATA Express порт съвместим с 2 x SATA 6.0 Gb/s порта и 8 x SATA 6Gb/s порта. LAN връзка може да бъде осигурена от Intel I218V чип. За безжичната връзка, пък, способстват Bluetooth V4.0 и Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. Налице са и цял набор от аудио технологии, сред които Jack-detection, Multi-streaming, Front Panel Jack-retasking, SupremeFX Shielding Technology и други.
ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME е с размер 30.5 x 27.2 сантиметра и се продава на българския пазар с гаранционен срок от 36 месеца. В цената са включени 10 SATA 6Gb/s кабела, CrossFire кабел, Q-конектори и други.
